TÜGİAD | Young Businessmen Association of Türkiye

TÜGİAD (Young Businessmen Association of Türkiye) is Türkiye’s first national and internationally active association of young business leaders, established in 1986 to promote leadership, innovation, and socio-economic development among emerging business professionals. With over 1,000 members across more than 60 sectors, the organization represents dynamic entrepreneurs and export-oriented enterprises, and also acts as Türkiye’s representative in international networks such as the G20 Young Entrepreneurs Alliance (YEA) and European young entrepreneur confederations.

While TÜGİAD’s core mission is to support young business leaders, it also engages in entrepreneurship and startup-oriented initiatives through project collaborations and ecosystem programs. One example is the “Near-Term Impact for Startups and Advanced Solutions for Corporates Platform" (Girişimde Yakın Etki ve Kurumsalda İleri Çözümler Platformu) funded by the Istanbul Development Agency—that aims to strengthen interactions between startups and corporate partners, encourage innovation, and facilitate solution development for local growth. Through commissions and working groups focused on entrepreneurship and business development, TÜGİAD fosters opportunities for idea exchange, partnerships, and practical support for emerging ventures.
